DISCONNECTING AND REMOVING PCB

DISCONNECTING AND REMOVING PCB

DISASSEMBLE HOPPER
Step 1: Disconnecting Motors
  • Hold the airframe while simultaneously holding down the PCB using the thumb and middle finger

  • Using the tweezers, firmly grab the end of the motor wire closest to the port and detach it by pulling upwards away from the PCB (perpendicular to the PCB)

  • Lastly, pull the motor wire out of the airframe channel

  • Repeat this process for all [4] motors

Note: When removing the Motor Connection Wire from the PCB, it is important to remember to pull UPWARDS, perpendicular to and away from the PCB. DO NOT pull parallel to the PCB - this will most likely damage the terminal on the PCB, rendering the PCB useless.

Step 2: PCB Removal
  • Now that the PCB is disconnected, you may remove it from the airframe

  • As you remove the PCB touch as little as possible, and store in its sealable bag until the next use
