Students learn about endangered species and how drones can be used to monitor these species. Then, they use their drone flying skills and Hopper’s camera to simulate counting the number of giant tortoises in a population. Finally, students will plot everyone’s data on a line graph to analyze the size of the giant tortoise population over several years.
