Hopper is a precision robotics platform designed for hands-on learning and long-term use. We want every customer to feel confident trying it—but we also protect the integrity of our tools and our community.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted for unopened or lightly used units in “as-shipped” condition.

• You must contact FTW Robotics within 15 business days of delivery to request a return authorization.

• Returned items must be received by FTW Robotics within 30 calendar days of authorization.

• All returns must be postage prepaid and insured, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.

Restocking and Inspection Fees

• A 30% restocking fee applies to any unit that has been opened, activated, or used.

• Additional fees may apply for missing items, damaged packaging, or any deviation from “as-shipped” condition.

• These fees are waived only if the item was defective upon arrival or shipped in error.

Warranty Coverage

• FTW Robotics provides a lifetime limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

• Warranty claims are valid only for units that have not been damaged through misuse, modification, or improper handling.

• Activated units are not eligible for refund, but remain fully covered under the lifetime warranty for qualifying defects.

Non-Returnable Items

• Units returned without authorization, outside the return window, or in damaged condition may be rejected or subject to additional fees.

• FTW Robotics does not offer refunds or exchanges for units that show signs of misuse or modification.
