HOPPER FIRMWARE UPDATE
Fly Hopper
Once Hopper is connected to a device through the FTW FLY app, it is necessary to update Hopper’s firmware to enhance Hopper’s user experience.
Steps to Perform Hopper Firmware Update:
In the FTW Fly app, click the settings icon.
Click Update Firmware.
Click Hopper.
Click Update Firmware.
Remove and reinstall Hopper’s battery, then click NEXT.
Select which Hopper to pair with your device.
Once the READING CURRENT FIRMWARE process is complete, click NEXT.
Compare the current FIRMWARE VERSION to the latest FIRMWARE VERSION, then click NEXT.
Once the update is complete, click UPDATE FIRMWARE.
Hopper will now restart and the eyes will blink red.
Allow Hopper’s eyes to blink red for 5 minutes, then remove and reinstall Hopper’s battery. The update is now complete.
Confirm that the update was successful by removing and reinstalling Hopper’s battery, and click the settings icon then LEGAL & SYSTEM INFO to check that the connected Hopper’s firmware is the latest version.
